JiaFa®Antimicrobial grade PC resin is a polycarbonate (PC) resin that is polymerized using the dihydroxy compound of bisphenol A (BPA) and the carbonate compound of diphenyl carbonate (DPC). This resin provides glass-like transparency, high heat resistance, ultra-high impact resistance, dimensional stability, antibacterial rate of up to 99.9 percent. Suitable for use in various applications. This material is also compatible with other materials such as ABS and PET, which can create a variety of alloy products. It does not contain chlorine, so it is not corrosive and is conducive to mold maintenance. Besides JiaFa®Antimicrobial grade PC resins are also suitable for sterilization with ethylene oxide and gamma rays, so they can be used in medical equipment. This material is also suitable for all antibacterial grade 3C products, precision machinery, instrument products, auto parts, sporting goods, sanitary products and food and water contact materials.
