JiaFa®The PC/ABS alloy resin can combine the characteristics of polycarbonate (PC) and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS). PC element can take into account the high heat resistance, high impact resistance, high rigidity and high tensile strength and halogen-free flame retardant properties. ABS element can ensure better processability, high impact strength in low temperature environment, and can be applied to electroplating process. JiaFa®PC/ABS alloy resin has a low specific gravity, can combine excellent mechanical properties, dimensional stability and high-quality appearance. This material can effectively reduce the visible injection molding marks, can be applied to a wider range of injection molding conditions, and can also improve the maintainability of related equipment. Applicable application areas include transportation, networking, 3C electronics, televisions, household appliances, toys and sporting goods.
JiaFa®Antibacterial grade PC/ABS antibacterial properties:
- Its products can effectively inhibit harmful microorganisms, and the antibacterial rate is as high as 99.9%.
